Tyandra BulmerTyandra added yoga to her athletic training in 2000 and has been energetically combining the two for 8 years. Tyandra began teaching yoga in 2007, after being certified by Yoga Alliance under the guidance of Hart Lazer. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Tyandra is also a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. In her classes, Tyandra strives for a combination of athletic, rigorous poses with relaxing, restorative poses. In her own wordsI first began yoga for the physical benefits, but it is the psychological impact that hooked me. The energy and peacefulness I feel after practice is unlike anything else I've experienced. I teach yoga for runners and triathletes because I have found that yoga has had a profound effect on my own training and racing.
