  • Lunch Express classes are 50 minutes.

  • Meditation classes are 60 minutes.

  • Community classes are 60 minutes.

  • Intro to Yoga classes are 75 minutes, and run for 8 weeks.

  • Level 1 classes are 75 minutes.

  • Prenatal classes are 90 minutes.

  • Level 1-2 classes are 90 minutes.

  • Level 2 classes are 90 minutes.
